In alignment with the ICG’s objective to support growth in the industry, they are sponsoring a free, no-strings-attached training course to help agencies improve all stages of the customer’s journey through the use of various technology solutions. These courses will be facilitated by Agency Mentors and industry veteran Iain White.

The innovative and complimentary training facilitated by Agency Mentors will be available for all the ICG’s clients, and sessions will be hosted around the country in Birmingham, Bristol, Camberley and Leeds. Each session will take place across a full day and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, commencing at 10am and finishing at 4pm. The training will be suitable for business owners, directors, managers and anyone responsible for the performance of other team members.

Each training day will consist predominantly of a Leadership & Management Masterclass on how attendees can get the very best performance consistently from their teams. There will also be contributions from ICG members on their areas of expertise and on how PropTech impacts on estate agencies.
